  Ans: Yes you can witness the tests from both online and physical mediums, if you feel comfortable in visiting the lab you can visit the lab for witnessing the test or you can witness the test on online meeting platforms as comfortable.

• Ques: What happens to the samples after testing?

  Ans: We return the samples after 15 days of testing & before if there is a prior intimation on the test request form.

• Ques: Can you provide the traceability for the equipments used for testing?

  Ans: All the equipments used for testing are calibrated to national standards and are well documented as well, the details can be provided at the time of filling test request form or at the time of testing if required.
